My coach was able to help me work towards my goals by providing the group with exercises that were easy to learn by guiding us properly, Quick & efficient combinations of sets that were challenging yet achievable.

The biggest tangible change I have noticed since beginning the program has been Definition in my legs and resistance

The most significant overall change I have noticed has been resistance and the will to finish the workouts

I would describe my coach as Conscious, Peaceful, Encouraged, Proper.

I would recommend my coach to keep doing those stretches after the workouts where we used to breathe and meditate for a couple of minutes.
